Support is included in the per user/per month, subscription pricing. You will have access to the support portal for calls, emails, and tickets, as well as 24/7 access to our online customer knowledgebase. If purchasing MIE Trak outright, you will be charged separately for technical support.

How long does a subscription last?

Subscriptions are renewed annually per concurrent user. You can always add more licenses (users) as needed. Your sales representative will go into further detail on the renewal of your subscription.

How much does implementation cost?
