Job Description

MIE Solutions is looking for energetic technology professionals to join their world class Software Support Team. Successful candidates for this role will have a passion for helping people, a love of continuous learning and experience in providing technical support to technical and non-technical people in a professional environment. Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support via phone, video conference and email for MIE Solution’s proprietary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) product managing manufacturing environments throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Time Management through Google Calendar

  • Workload metrics and Zoho Desk customer support ticketing system.

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration

  • Detailed documentation of customer interaction and problem-solving process.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service providing superior customer satisfaction

  • Ability to WOW customers

  • Results oriented

  • Basic SQL experience

  • Strong written and verbal customer service communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to emergency situations effectively

  • Ability to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and gather information on technical issues and escalate to appropriate internal teams following defined processes

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Support, Help Desk or Customer Support

  • ERP Software experience is a plus

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus

  • Finance or accounting experience is a plus

Salary

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • Pay: $19.23 - $23.04 per hour DOE
