A typical cloud-based “multi-tenant” solution is housed on server farms along with other companies.  With this setup, the software provider dictates to their clients when they all will receive software and feature updates.  MIE Solutions’ “dedicated” cloud offering provides you a dedicated database where you will have a choice of when you’d like to update; you are in control of our managed cloud service.  In addition to controlling your updates, a dedicated database allows you more flexibility for customization and therefore a more personalized user experience.

MIE Scanner App

Data collection is a primary component of ERP software packages in order to manage inventory, jobs costing, labor collection and pack and ship for warehouses.   There are various devices to facilitate data collection including wireless handheld barcode devices, fixed barcoding at locations, smartphones and tablets.  MIE Solutions provides a web-based virtual scanner which can be used on PC's, smartphones, tablets.   A specific Android application is available for all Android devices to perform data collection effectively, efficiently and cost effective.  Today's technology makes it very simple to now actually implement data collection in your company.

Nesting Software

Full Bidirectional Synchronization between MIE Trak Pro and SigmaNEST. Work Orders are synchronized to SigmaNEST. Once the Work Orders are in SigmaNEST, the nester can make use of the full power of the SigmaNEST job tracking and scheduling system. All NC program data from SigmaNEST is seamlessly synchronized to MIE Trak Pro as Work Order Nests so that program tasks in both systems match. Everyone gets to see the status update of all the Work Orders in MIE Trak Pro as Work Order Nests are created real time in SigmaNEST. As labor and material are applied to the Work Order Nests, the completed status is sent back to SigmaNEST so that the associated programs are updated in SigmaNEST. This, in turn, updates the order status and triggers inventory consumption and remnant creation for future use in SigmaNEST. Eventually, all the MIE Trak Pro steps for an order are complete and the Work Order in SigmaNEST is automatically archived.

MIE File Reader

MIE Trak Pro has the ability to take any standard .dot file (PDF, Excel, CSV or standard text) purchase orders from your customer and automatically convert them into sales orders. The ability to parse a customer purchase order onto its relevant pieces of information and automatically create a sales order is a massive time saver. Not only is time saved, but also mistakes are eliminated because no typing is required. Just simply drop the .dot file into the MIE Folder on your network and the purchase order can be imported effortlessly into MIE Trak Pro.

Product Configurator

The MIE Product Configurator is ERP software’s answer to a product ‘template’. By building a comprehensive feature list with option ranges and boundaries, even the most complex product can be custom specified for production in MIE Trak Pro. In addition, the MIE Product Configurator offers multiple savings and efficiencies:
